When you purchase products online at WebSBN, your satisfaction is our number one priority.  If you have problems downloading or viewing the products you have purchased, please contact us at webmaster@websbn.com first so we can help you get up and running as quickly as possible.  While we make every effort to ensure our software products work on industry standard computing platforms, there are certain limitations, usually determined by the type of browser you are using and the operating system supporting it.  Because of the many factors governing compatibility, we cannot guarantee performance of presentations which may be played on systems that do not meet compatibility requirements.  If the preview available in the product catalog runs correctly on your system, you can expect purchased product to work correctly also.

Our Refund Policy

WebSBN does not sell shrink-wrapped product, but instead provides products that are intangible and irrevocable goods, consisting of software, services, and interactive content.  We are therefore unable to issue refunds after a product transaction has taken place, whether the content is streamed or downloaded.  You are responsible for completely understanding the nature of our products with respect to compatibility prior to purchasing any product at our site. 

If you purchase a product, you are responsible for ensuring your system meets compatibility guidelines prior to that purchase.  WebSBN clearly states compatibility information for our products, and makes this information available to you prior to purchase.  If you are uncertain about product compatibility with your system, please contact us at webmaster@websbn.com before you buy.  E-Learning or other stream-based products do not qualify for return or refund.  If streaming sessions are interrupted, they may be viewed again at a later date. 

Third Party Products

Third-Party software, e-learning, white papers and research reports and/or other products available for order through WebSBN are distributed on behalf of various third-party publishers who own or have the rights to provide the software to you. The Software that you order through WebSBN is subject to the terms and conditions set forth by the third-party publisher.  Downloadable software products from third parties are purchased as is and do not qualify either for refund or credit. 

All of your rights and remedies with respect to your order, purchase, possession, use of Third Party Software, and maintenance, update, warranty, liability, and any other obligations related to Third-Party software, if any, are governed by the Third Party supplier's policies and procedures. WebSBN is not responsible for any Third Party Software Obligations, and the customer shall have no right of recourse against WebSBN for any Third Party Software Obligations. All recourse and remedy, if any, for the Software Obligations from Third Parties shall be with them in accordance with their respective policies and procedures.
