22nd March, 2005: The US Small Business Administration (SBA) is all set to announce names of the businesses that have topped the list in the small business world. It will do this during the National Small Business Week held annually, in April end.

During this annual celebration, one of the nominees from 50 states in the US will be selected as the national champion. The nominees represent the small business world, from hybrid vegetable producers to car dealers and so on.

The National Small Business Week for this year will be celebrated at the SBA Expo 2005 around 26^th of April. The venue is fixed at the Hilton Washington Hotel in the US.

Special awards will also be conferred to Government Procurement winners, small business women entrepreneurs, and advocates. SBA will also confer awards to small businesses that have successfully established their supremacy in the country.

Apart from the small business awards, there will be seminars, town hall meetings, business matchmaking events and exhibitions. Speakers from trade associations, federal and local governments will preside over the seminars and meetings in a bid to highlight the interest of the small businesses.
